These Terms govern your use of Beyond Intelligence™, an AI-powered mortgage intelligence and educational platform operated by Beyond Intelligence, LLC. Beyond Intelligence™ provides general information and scenario-based insights to help you better understand mortgage options. It does not provide mortgage advice or lending decisions. All guidance is subject to review and confirmation by a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator. Use of this system does not create a client, advisory, or fiduciary relationship.

Service Description

Beyond Intelligence™ provides preliminary mortgage guidance and connects users with licensed mortgage professionals. It does not provide loan approvals, underwriting decisions, or legal advice.

No Guarantee of Approval

All mortgage scenarios are subject to review, documentation, underwriting, and investor guidelines. Use of this system does not guarantee loan approval.

Program Name

Beyond Intelligence™ Transactional SMS Notifications, operated by Beyond Financing, Inc.

Program Description

Beyond Intelligence™ sends transactional SMS messages to borrowers and authorized loan officers regarding mortgage application activity, consultation scheduling confirmations, and follow-up from a licensed loan officer. This is a transactional program. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS.

How to Opt In

Users opt in by submitting their mobile phone number through the Beyond Intelligence™ mortgage intake form on https://beyondintelligence.io. By submitting your phone number, you expressly consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Beyond Intelligence™ at the number provided.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity.

Message and data rates may apply.

How to Get Help

Reply HELP at any time for assistance, or contact support@beyondintelligence.io.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from all SMS messages from Beyond Intelligence™. After replying STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Mobile Opt-In Data — No Third-Party Sharing

Mobile information, mobile opt-in data, and SMS consent collected by Beyond Intelligence™ will not be shared, sold, rented, or otherwise disclosed to any third parties or affiliates for any purpose, including marketing, promotional, or lead-generation purposes. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Beyond Intelligence™ is not responsible for issues caused by your wireless carrier or device.
